Our Return Policy applies to products purchased directly through https://bhavdhara.com.

1. Return Window
   We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
2. Replacement or exchange product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days
3. Conditions for Return & Exchange
   To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original outer packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are only permitted if the product delivered is found damaged, expired, or defective during unboxing.

• Sealed health, wellness, or herbal items that have been opened or consumed after delivery (due to hygiene and health safety reasons).
• Products purchased during special clearance sales or heavily discounted promotional offers.

1. Return Shipping & Pickups

• Reverse Pickup: Once your return request is approved, our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address.
• Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned parcel at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated accordingly.
