1. Wallet Cashback & Loyalty Rewards
- 5% Online Payment Cashback: Orders paid using online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) will receive 5% Cashback credited to the customer’s Wallet upon successful order delivery.
- 10% Reward Points on All Orders: Every completed order—whether paid Online or via Cash on Delivery (COD)—earns 10% Reward Points credited to the customer’s wallet.
- Deduction on Cancellation/Return: If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason, all cashback and reward points earned from that specific order will be automatically deducted from the customer’s wallet balance.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch or shipment processing.
- Post-Delivery Policy: Once an order has been successfully delivered, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
